Royal Commission into the Casino Operator and Licence

Public hearings to begin

Public hearings for the Royal Commission into the Casino Operator and Licence will begin on Monday 17 May 2021.

The hearings will run for approximately six weeks. The witness list will be published on the Commission website in advance of the hearings.

Transcripts and evidence will also be published on the Commission website as they become available.

To provide a Covid-19 safe environment, members of the public will not be able to attend hearings in person. However, public hearings will be live streamed via the Commission website.

Hearings will commence at 10:00am daily.

Practice Direction 1 on the Commission website sets out information about the procedures for leave to appear and arrangements for witnesses.

Further information about the hearing schedule will be provided in due course.
